As an experienced design leader (previously Head of Design at McCann London), I help brands of all sizes use design to strengthen identity, drive relevance, and deliver measurable business results.

With extensive experience hands on through my career, and now in leadership positions, I am well positioned to understand the challenges at a granular and wider business point of view.
I see success through the teams that I manage. I have built and mentored teams of designers, motion graphic specialists and editors and have always put huge emphasis on their development as well as team dynamics.
Curious by nature, I am deep into exploring how Ai and craft can coexist to unlock new possibilities, and while it’s not for everyone, we need to understand if it has a place, and what that can look like.
